All entry forms must be received by the Dancing team no later than 11th July 2024 at 21:00 (or when capacity is reached). No late entries will be accepted.

Last to enter, first to dance. No entries will be accepted on the field.

10:00 Beginner & Novice
13:30 Primary (Registration 13:00)
14:00 Intermediate & Premier (Registration 13:30)

Age groups according to entries.
Overall trophies for events 1,3,4,7,8 in Beginners & Novice, events 1-4 in confined Premier and events 1,3,4,9 in Intermediate & Premier.
Prize money will be awarded in the Premier sections

Rules

  1. These classes may be changed according to entries received.
  2. Prizes according to entries received.
  3. Judges decisions are final.
  4. All dancing events will operate under the rules, regulations and code of ethics of the RSOBHD.
  5. All dancers must have a current RSOBHD registration card to be able to enter and this card must be brought on the day. If you do not have a card on the day, you will be unable to dance.
  6. By entering this competition, dancers acknowledge they will fill in for Reels when requested.
  7. Dancers in confined events must have resided in Argyll & Bute for 6 months prior to event.
  8. Once entry has been submitted, bank details to transfer entry fee will be provided on the confirmation.
  9. Entries £2.50 per dance. No fees will be refunded for any reason.
  10. Entry must be submitted by Monday 8th July at 9pm to have dancer name in programme.
  11. Entries close on Thursday 11 th July at 9pm or when capacity reached.
  12. Session timings may be altered depending on entries received.
  13. Dancer numbers will be issued on the day during registration.
  14. Trophy winners agree to return in time for next year’s event and will be liable for any damage.
  15. Organisers will not be responsible for any injury or loss/damage to belongings.
