All entry forms must be received by the Dancing team no later than 7th July 2026 at 21:00. Additional Late Entry fee of £5 accepted until 15th July or until capacity reached.
Last to enter, first to dance. No entries will be accepted on the field.
Entry Fees £2.50 per dance.
09:45 Confined Premier, Beginners & Novice (Registration 09:30)
13:30 Primary (Registration 13:00)
14:00 Intermediate & Premier (Registration 13:30)
Overall trophies for events 1, 3 & 4 in Beginners & Novice, 1, 3, 4 & 8 in Confined Premier and 1, 3, 4 & 8 in Intermediate & Premier.
Prize money will be awarded in the Premier sections

Rules
- All dancing events will operate under the rules, regulations, code of ethics and child protection procedures of the RSOBHD. All participants must abide by these.
- All dancers must be registered with the RSOBHD for the current year and should have their registration card available at registration on the day of the competition.
- By entering this competition, dancers acknowledge they will fill in for Reels when requested.
- Dancers in Confined events must have resided in Argyll & Bute for 6 months prior to the event.
- Entries £2.50 per dance, entry fee must be paid at time of entry. No fees will be refunded for any reason.
- Entry must be submitted by Tuesday 7th July at 21:00 to have dancer name in programme.
- Additional Late Entry fee of £5 per dancer will be accepted until Wednesday 15th July or until capacity reached.
- Last to enter, first to dance. No entries will be accepted on the field.
- Entry records will be electronically stored for one year from the date of the competition.
- Session timings may be altered depending on entries received, age groups my be altered according to entries.
- Dancer numbers will be issued on the day during registration.
- Trophy winners agree to return in time for next year’s event and will be liable for any damage.

- The adjudicators decision is final.
